Annette was my stylist and she is fantastic. This was my second visit with her and Annette listened exactly to my requests for the style I wanted. Finding someone you have confidence in and to do as you ask is priceless. What are you waiting for....

I feel bad for the lack of staff working here. I came for a haircut on Saturday 9/17 @ 3pm, and there were only 2 people working. There was a 2 hour wait, and customers continued to open the door only to immediately walk out upon seeing the backlog of customers. I would think Saturday is a very busy day for this establishment, and to only have 2 stylists working is inexcusable. After waiting 20 minutes, and realizing I was still another 90 minutes away I decided to walk out also, and finish the rest of my errands. I can honestly say that witnessing how awful this establishment is run will keep me from ever coming back here again. It's a shame. I used to work retail, and lived in a short-staffed working environment, so I know how awful it can be for both customers and staff involved. This experience reminded me of why I quit that retail job. Too many customers, and not enough staff is the worst thing for everyone involved. I will be spending my money on your competitors...
